Based on the Employment of Children Act in 2003, there are some requirements of the employment of children under the age of 16-year-old. The general minimum age is 13 years old. The following is a summary of the provisions.

Children, including with parents, not only can work. Refers to the basis of the work is unlikely to damage children's health, safety or welfare or the moral and material development, and not likely to affect their ability to go to school or learning ability.

Working hours by law. Children can be employed as long as three hours per day, 12 hours per week during the school year, the biggest six hours a day, 30 hours a week in school holidays. These include the time period of rest.

Children, who want to get jobs,  may work only from between 18 o'clock and the morning of 09 points. Street children can not be engaged in business between the hours of employment from 06 am and 18:00 pm, or dusk and dawn (depending on the season).

Children must receive at least a break from 30 to 3 minutes, at least 12 hours rest between the completion of the change, the beginning of the next step. Employment during school hours may not be in school every day to give up.

Children, family businesses do not need to permit the employment of children. This means that children do not need to allow the implementation of the mandate of the family farm agriculture, but on condition that these tasks fall within the definition of light work.
